its the weekend so i am not going to sit up on here and talk to you... i actually have some thangs to do *wink* LOL
nah but i went to the park with my peoples this morning and played basketball... a few games with a WEIGHT VEST ON...that was a b*tch

after i ate a Subway foot long on wheat since i wasnt going to have lunch - sweet onion teriyaki - it was slammin,

then chilled out for a bit, and then went back to PLANET FITNESS on 225th street with a friend and Ran 2.5 Miles burned 450 cals... ran for 30 minutes on the treadmill

Lifted weights...
and now i am at home working out again.
A great thing to use at home for pushups is the PERFECT PUSHUP Device (more on that later)
