
So i consider this weekend to have been successful...
Usually weekends full of fun and binge drinking have been acceptable in exchange for a disciplined week preceding it.
This weekend, I decided to try something different, and to
follow up a disciplined week with a semi-disciplined weekend.
Friday night, I hung out, had a few drinks, and "danced the night away."
Saturday afternoon, I worked out a total of 3x ... which is what I am sure had alot to do with the loss that will be mentioned below.
I ate sensibly, and did not eat late, no matter what my stomach said, or how it complained or rumbled about it.
Sunday, I worked out sporadically throughout the day,
doing plenty of pushups with my PERFECT PUSHUP home equiptment.

I actually ate something pretty bad Sunday morning, a sausage egg and cheese croissant from
Dunkin Donuts...accompanied by a coffee with skim milk and splenda.

That Afternoon, I ate one slice of delicious pizza...which a friend kept bothering me about all day long...and i love her for that, but I knew, compared to the usual 2 -3 slices that i put down, that I really did nothing wrong.
For dinner, which was
before 7pm, I had one bowl of HONEY BUNCHES OF OATS, with 1% Milk.

I did not workout later that day.
MONDAY MORNING WEIGH IN:
WEIGHT 214
TOTAL LOSS THIS WEEKEND: 3 LBS
TOTAL WEIGHT LOSS COMBINED: 8 LBS
POUNDS TO GO: 34
MOOD: MOTIVATED... AND IM OFF AGAIN TO THE GYM TONIGHT
