So now my weight is a pretty solid 206.... and I have been hearing great feedback on my results.
I started out at 242 pounds, thats a 36 pound weight loss. I feel like one of those Jenny Craig success stories. I am looking good, feeling great, and my clothes are fitting alot better, no belly buldge sticking out of my gear. Also i am noticing some cuts beginning to develop in the midsection, so its a wrap now. Once i saw that, i immediately went out and purchased the ABS DIET book from Mens Health magazine, which is a 6 week program that will help chisel me out.
Have you guys noticed that since i have been getting more serious with this there has been less joking on the blog? I believe its because now i dont care about making this interesting as much as i care about really explaining to you guys what you should do if you wish to follow in my footsteps. I should definitely be under 200 pounds by the end of this week...
Last week all i ate was vegetables and fruits, and salads.... it was an experiment to see how much weight i would lose.
Results: i didnt really lose much... but my body felt great! alot lighter and it helped to cleanse my system.
