So i now officially weigh LESS than i did when i came to Binghamton University Freshman year wayyyy long ago...
I really don't feel like getting into it too much which i should because this is a blog but i am tired and i have to wake up tomorrow at 530am for another 6 mile run.
ORIGINAL WEIGHT 242
BEGINNING OF BLOG WEIGHT: 222
WEIGHT 211 POUNDS
GOAL WEIGHT 185

A few pointers: lots of water, a banana every morning, and you have got to RUN...and of course my eating habits have changed dramatically, but when i do cheat and have a pizza its ONLY ONE!!!!
There is no way around it other than hard work, but ...
FAILURE WILL NEVER OVERTAKE ME IF MY DETERMINATION TO SUCCEED IS STRONG ENOUGH
I just lost 9 POUNDS IN ONE WEEK.
